"Very impressed by the professionalism and quality of customer service by Andrew Whelan and Raymar Batten on managing the letting and documentation for me."
"I had the pleasure of working with Shereen Malik who was extremely professional and efficient. Shereen worked hard to secure the best deal for her client and liaised with all parties to ensure one of the swiftest transactions in The Modern House's twelve year history. I would highly recommend."

Cobham Area Overview
Pretty Cobham, located on the River Mole in the Elmbridge district of Surrey, is one of the most prosperous villages in the South East. Surrounded by woodlands and the rolling hills of the Surrey countryside, the properties here are almost exclusively large and imposing. Driving through Cobham, you instantly get a sense that this is a prestigious and highly desirable enclave.
Cobham has attracted royalty for centuries and its elite appeal continues as many leading figures from the world of business and entertainment have set up home here. A number of Chelsea Football Club players live here too, since their training ground is located just outside of Cobham village.
This is an area rich in history. Cobham’s most famous landmark is Cobham Mill, a striking red brick water mill on the River Mole that was built in 1822. Nearby is the 12th century St Andrews church which features a Grade I listed Norman tower and beautiful 16th century stained glass windows. At the other end of town you’ll find Painshill Park, an exemplary 18th century English landscape park spanning 158 acres.
Golfers are spoilt for choice in Cobham. There are courses at Burhill Golf Club, St Georges Hill and The Wisley, to name but a few. Other sporting attractions include Mercedes Benz World and the Brooklands Motor Museum.
Cobham has an excellent range of private and state schools and is very well linked to London via a fast train service to Waterloo. With its wide, tree-lined streets and thriving sense of community, it is easy to see why Cobham is a highly attractive residential area for both City professionals and families.
Cobham, Downside, Stoke D’Abernon and Oxshott, a close and adjoining community of villages are all linked by beautiful countryside and woodland walks through heathland and round stunning ponds with village pubs serving amazing craft beer and celebrated food, individual shops and a strong community spirit. Their location, both leafy and rural, is extremely convenient with 2 nearby access points to the M25, the A3 from central London to Portsmouth and many favourite Surrey towns locally including Ascot, Windsor, Dorking, Esher, Epsom, Weybridge, Guildford, Shere and Cranleigh.
